Repairs, Returns & Refunds

Lifetime Guarantee

Provided the product has not been used outside the scope of use or modified in any way, your product is covered by our lifetime guarantee and we will repair or replace the item at no charge.

Lost Items

We offer a tracked shipping option at checkout. Please note we can only offer refunds on lost items if you purchased tracked shipping.

Unwanted Items

Lid & Leverage is happy to accept a return on any unwanted items for refund, within 28 days of purchase, providing the following terms are met:

  • All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a re-saleable condition

  • You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt from store, your confirmation email or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel.

  • Return postage costs are covered by the customer (please also note that your original postage charge will not be included in the refund)

Faulty Items

If you have bought any items from us that prove to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help.

Some minor flaws are inherent to manufacturing and are not considered faulty:

  • Small areas of dust, fibres, bubbles or uneven coating

  • Slight colour variation from previously supplied orders

You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt from store, your confirmation email, bank statement or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel.

We reserve the right to inspect the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.

Before you return products to us, please ensure the postal address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for item(s) sent to an incorrect address.

Once you have returned an item or items, we will inspect the products and send an email, so you know it has been received. At this point, we can notify you if a refund has been approved.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your credit or debit card - the same method of payment used to make the purchase - within 7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

When applicable, we can send an exchange item instead of a refund, if there is a suitable product available for a price that matches the original purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

Once approved, refunds are usually issued immediately, it can take a few days for a refund to show in your account.

If you’re unable to see your refund after 14 days, then please contact us at sales@lidandleverage.com with the original returns and refund information so that we can trace the order and check your refund has been issued. We will always do our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
